Excellent condition. I have never worn it, but not sure about the previous owner. Functional tie around the waist can be tightened or loosened. Hook and eye closure on the chest. Material has some stretch to it. Approx measurements are: 19.5" in width 30.5-32.5" in length 25" inseam on the shorts
