bought this dress on a special trip to NYC in the early 2000s from Mystique Boutique. it shows up as bright blue in photos but it's really more of a teal. last photo is closest to actual color. only ever wore it a couple of times. short, stretchy, super cute on. unstretched measurements in photos but it is a stretchy knit fabric. very good used condition. a little wrinkled. ❤️ open to offers. thanks for looking!
