Gorgeous lightweight cotton blouse with floral embroidery. Ruffles at arms, yoke, and collar. In very good shape overall with some imperfections. There is a thread pull across the back and a tiny snag on the left side near the seam. A hole under the right arm has been repaired as shown in photos - it isn't noticeable when wearing given the location. Worn maybe 5 times at the most. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 17.25" Waist - 17.25" Length - 23.5" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist. This was a tight fit on the mannequin.
