In used condition
Black with blue zippers and silver rivets.
Calf is 15 inches and does have some elastic so there is give. My calf is 16 and they fit fine with jeans.
The zippers are tight to zip up, but some WD-40 should help with that.
I bought a different pair and don't use these anymore.
