Forever 21 brand new mini dress, size S

Never wore this dress. Bought it in Shanghai. Super cute, mini length, with a slight A-line shape that hides any lumps and bumps and does not cling. Lightweight and perfect for warm weather. It is made of rayon and very comfortable, machine washable. Perfect condition, no flaws. The size tag was cut off at some point but it is a size small.
