jdellaperuta @jlowe1441 waist measures approximately 15.5" flat, 31" around, and the pants have some stretch. The rise measured from the top of the front waistband to the bottom of the crotch area is approximately 11". I also measured from the back top waistband to the bottom of the crotch and it measures approximately 13". I remeasured the inseam and got 29". In a previous comment I said 28", so I would say expect somewhere in between 28-29.
