Blue floral strappy evening dress

Silky but a bit stretchy. Blue floral strappy evening dress with high slit. This dress has been hemmed (see pictures) to fit someone who is about 5'3" in 3" heels, with the hem about half an inch from the ground. The dress was worn once and shows some light signs of wear, mostly around the hem and through the torso. It has been stored on a hanger in a non-smoking environment.
