Vtg 60s royal blue embroidered fascinator w/ veil

Vintage 1960s era round headpiece hat with embroidered bamboo and Asian inspired flowers. There are two separate layers of small mesh veils. This is a unique piece, great conversation starter! In excellent condition. See photos for measurements.
