posh_mahal @my1andonlyteddy Yes and thank you for your patience..I found the item! The elastic waist is 16 inches when laid flat, length of the skirt is 36 inches. Size is medium, denim is soft to the touch and stretchy and hips will add another inch on both sides at 18 inches. Hope this helps and again I apologize for keeping you waiting.
