VINTAGE 1970S Flower Brooch 🌼

Beautiful hues of blues on this VINTAGE Brooch. I believe this to be enamel. Wheel closure is functional. Shaft is not bent. The metal green flower shaft is slightly curved and appears to have been manufactured this way. I'm not a professional jeweler.
