hczilber @stellaranae oh my goodness! It’s the 13.5 inch measurement. I accidentally put it as skirt and not waist 😅 so it’ll fit a 26/27 inch waist or squishy 28 (which is what I have and it fits fine) The zipper does go all the way up, the dress form was just a tad too big:)

hczilber @meggles since it has no stretch, I didn’t want to force it up since it was a tad tight. But I have no problem zipping on myself and I’m a 36C bust
