@tl_webb2019 Sorry for my delay in responding. The waist is approximately 19" laid flat but the material, including the waistband, us stretchy.

@kauffrau Thanks so much. I haven't tried J Jill pants before so just don't know how they fit. Maybe I should drop by a store and give them a try. Do you find them comparable in fit to the Boden pants?

@tl_webb2019 Boden's fits are so varied - I'm not sure. They are a slim fit, more like the Sloan fit from BR? Just slimmer than I need for my thicker legs!
