What size is it in Cartier sizing? Description says 5 so is this a size 5 on a ring sizer? You mentioned it’s too big on you? What size are you? Trying to get this for my mom.

USA is 5 1/4.
If my finger size is 5, this ring is the exact size your mom would wear. Because the ring is not thin but wide, I think it may be a little tight if you choose size 5 according to the manual. I am telling you my experience. I hope this helps. Thanks
