This set was designed and hand stitched by an experienced couture lingerie costume designer. It is extremely well made and very comfortable. I wore this outfit for 2 hours at a music festival. It is in perfect condition. It includes the garters, bottoms, top and detachable pink feather rhinestone puff. The top and bottom are completely adjustable. Please note the top is sheer. The feather rhinestone puff tail is removable. The rhinestone garters are also fully adjustable and have clip closure. Each piece stays put but can also be easily unsnapped. The material glows in UV light.
