debbyjones717 I have a question and I do not mean to be unkind. How can a person tell blue topaz from aquamarine unless there is a hang tag. My daughter doesn’t like blue topaz but loves aqua. I buy aqua if I can find and afford it but that is difficult, as I’m very old and don’t get much$ on SS. Is their a hang tag indicating it’s aqua. I mean no disrespect I just don’t know.

wildtimefashion @debbyjones717 This specific bracelet is new, and we had it and tons of pieces at time authenticated by a gemologist. We sell tons of various styles (footwear, leather, etc) inventory so personally not expert in stones. There is differences between aquamarine and topaz. Topaz also comes in various colors & cheaper.

wildtimefashion @debbyjones717 and if you want aquamarine you will be getting a stone that is not as brilliant as topaz but should be a lighter blue green hue. Topaz is cheaper stone aqua is rarer. The aquamarine stones set in bracelet are not perfect they have inclusions (which is normal) if you see aquamarine and it is vibrant clean and cheap it is fake. Hope we were helpful. Enjoy, Lorrie

wildtimefashion @debbyjones717 I personally have had issues early on buying and getting ripped off with jewelry. Like- new jewelry ppl sell turquoise, none real. It is all resin or dust, sold in blocks. I bought a lot and got some fakes! To good price is 1st- I bought a watermelon tourmaline for $24, real worth $1500! Got a perfect, fake! But seller stated it was real! So not offended at all with asking questions. Enjoy, Lorrie

debbyjones717 I took so long to read your post as my husband of 50 years and 19 days was in a very bad roll over accident driving on a 65 mph highway on Oct 10 th. I am very late at making my purchases but will catch up on my pay the 20 th. ( SS income) by the way my husband survived but by the grace of God. Broke his neck, back and had a cranial bleed. I got my Christmas gift early.
