Extended material ends with a tie. See video. Cap Sleeves have 2 layers following the Ruffle theme. There is Stretchy Pleating along the sides of the Ruffles near the buttons. Below this a bias cut Swearl to continue the ruffle theme of the top. Across the Chest Measures 14 inches at rest and is able to stretch to 19 inches. From Shoulder to End of Cap Sleeve measures 3 3/4inches. From Shoulder to End of Top Measures 22 1/2 inches. Top is in Superb Condition. No Stains, Rips, Pulls or Holes.
