VINTAGE Flower Brooch

Beautiful true RED flower Brooch with black edges. I believe this to be enamel. Functional wheel closure. Shaft appears to be in order. Notice in photos that wheel closure is on a toggle with green stem of flower, this slightly rotates. One tiny rough bump or manufacturer blip on top of flower eye. I'm not a professional Jeweler.
