NWOT Lace Dress

This is a NWOT dress with no issues or damage. It has been in storage. I just took off the tags to wash it. It looks like white lace over the black, really stunning. But it isn't actually lace, see last picture I tried to show it is a single fabric. It beautiful on. Looks great with a black or white sandals, high heels, or even flip flops. The back has a stretchy panel so you don't have to worry if it will fit, there is a lot of give to the fabric, see measurements.
