One side is like an accordion pleat that is designed to have necklaces or bracelets layered in each pleat. Each pleat has little ribbons with snaps to hold the necklaces or bracelets in place. The other side has nine smaller compartments, perfect for rings and earrings. Each side closes with a snap. The zipper and snaps are in great working condition, and the whole item looks new.
