Adrianna Papell strikes again with a BEAUTY of a dress. The design and quality of this dress take my breath away and photos just cannot do it justice. You can feel the weight of this fabric…incredible quality. The color is a true royal blue with a metallic sheen that adds a hint of electric blue when the light hits it just right. Has a tag from Nordstrom’s on it. This dress is very forgiving and flattering. It is fitted enough that someone smaller can wear it but also has stretch, I would call the size flexible.
