@newuseduseful I have something crystal I bought through you that is broken. it's not thr cambridge bowl -- that came today. now that you confirmed this, let me find it in my purchases. my brain is much and I have too many items to deal with. aaarrrrgh!!

@barnebey4 I just feel awful about your morning. I am not sure about the Crystal platter you are referring to. If you could go into one of our old purchases where they put the tracking info, there is a tab on the bottom to message the seller. That will allow you to take or add pictures, then I could help you identify the piece.
