@taegan_gray yes, the tag says high rise waist. They do go under the belly button, though. They’re very flattering. I bought these because my lower stomach is flat, but then kinda pops out about an inch & a half below my belly button. When I wear boyshort bottoms that go up to the point where my belly sticks out, it hides that & makes me feel more comfortable, only these were the wrong size. I ended up needing an XXS in these. Normally I’m an XS in clothing but a S in underwear
