I just tried it on one of my listings ($23) and it didn’t seem to work.. maybe it’s only free shipping on higher priced items. it’s always free shipping on things over $500 but maybe it has to be higher than in the $20s. That $17 offer will net you the same as your $19 with $5.95 shipping. Thanks
