This maxi dress is in great condition. It has a cute tie front and fitted waist with a large ruffled bottom. Casual black print with accented coloring on the bodice in front. Measured flat the shoulders are 10 inches , pit to pit is 17 1/2 and waist is 13 1/2. The total length in back is 53 and the front 47 1/2. Measuring from the shoulders to the waist is 15 inches with the ruffles measure 14 inches from bottom.
