Beautiful embroidered short sleeve dress

Ahh I love this dress. It’s not without its flaws, but I would still wear it if it fit!! 😰 It feels like the main fabric is a natural cotton or linen, ot has a nice light, soft and breathable feel, perfect for a hot day when you just want to throw on something easy and breezy! The embroidery looks like it is from Mexico, maybe oaxacan, definitely from somewhere in South America or Central America. One of the best color combinations I’ve seen on this type of dress. Please see photos, several teeny flaws and a seriously messed up slit on one side 😅 that someone handier with sewing could probably fix up nicely.
