In good condition, no stains or rips. Worn a hand full of times for special occasions. I have a steamer too so I can steam out those wrinkles. I just had it packed while I was moving making it a bit wrinkly. Very lovely constructed trench coat, the fit snatches you in all the right spots. When this fit me this was my favorite jacket to make me feel not bulky like a lot of jackets do. And I’d say this could possibly fit as a medium too. I’m 5’3” and this coat fit even when I was fluctuating up and down 20lbs. Missing a small inside button, doesn’t affect the wearability of the jacket and you can’t tell from the outside Also it might have one front button missing, and I was just going to swap a button from the other side. Since the ones on the other side aren’t used for anything. But wear the button is missing is also wear the tie wraps around so I didn’t actually notice that button was missing. The tie goes exactly right there so that missing button also doesn’t affect the wearability.
