Featuring an eco friendly nine carat gold rivet (made from part recycled gold) that determines the authenticity of the jeans, organic pocketing, hand woven selvedge and a weavers signature. Top end Charkah Chakra's line uses organic and Fairtrade cotton to make handwoven jeans which are then dyed using a natural, sustainably-farmed and organically-grown indigo dye and instead of bleaching, are left to "whiten" in the sun. It takes a while, but it's a lot more environmentally friendly. British premium denim eco-luxury brand has come up with this solution to the problem that bleach used in the process of producing jeans used elsewhere by having their supersoft cotton bleached in the sun rather than using bleach.
