How did the strap get damaged? Is it coming apart or just a cosmetic/superficial flaw?

@alexisnelson491 I don’t know how it got damaged, they were not mine. It’s not just cosmetic, it’s actual damage. It’s not coming apart now but I imagine it could shorten the life of the shoes somewhat in a few years. Hope that helps.

I am just double checking that these Chacos are Wide width. Chacos marks their wide widths with a dash (-) after the shoe size and just a dot (.) on their regular widths. Some people think the W means wide but that just means Women’s sizing. Can you confirm that this pair has a dash and not a dot? Also, please confirm the shipping cost. Thank you.
