Hi Jeneen,
The bust is 40”. The hips are 42”. I have another couple of items that might work for you that have some stretch. The other white dress is a 16 and has a 42” bust. If you want something for a Bachelorette Party there are 2 dresses that are gorgeous and have stretch as well. The longer white dresses have more stretch and are more a body-con style.
