Can you post the measurements? Usually a 12 is a 43 not a 42.

@ilonakj they don’t have european size options so they always tell you to pick 12 for 42, 13 for 43, 11 for 41 and so on the numbers usually match - they’re just a normal chanel 42 but yes i would be happy to measure for you :)

@ilonakj because the soles are bent because the wide heels it’s hard to measure a straight line - if you measure just perfectly straight from the front of the toe to the end of the heel like if you flip the shoe upside down and measure straight across it is 9.2” - but if you try to bend the tape measurer to measure the sole it seems to be like 10” - I have….

@ilonakj …..have been selling chanel heels for many years and i believe they are true to size - I have always sold 42s as 12s and have never had anyone say they consider them to be 13’s.
