@sparklechick1 hi... yes the waist is 18" ... this is a pullover dress, no zipper. There is a slip underneath... Light stretch to the dress made with 2% spandex 69% Nylon 29% polyester.
This is really is a beautiful dress... the pics don't really do it justice! It was hard to capture the sparkle.

@luv_lane ok, thanks! I was trying to find something other than another LBD. How much stretch do you think? If you pull, can you gain an inch to either side? I’m a 20.5” pretty much all the way down.
