In the pic of the QR code you have posted you can see the number right below it but it was cut off in the picture. Few other questions: do you have the original purchase receipt for it? Do you have the little duffle bag for it that is used to stuff the jacket in to travel with? Would you be open to meeting at Woodbury commons to deliver to me in person? If my offer is accepted I am happy to pay through this app or any method you prefer. If not no biggie you can ship.
