NWT Black Eyelet Ruffle Hem Skirt By Worthington - Size 4

I so wish I didn’t have to sell this! I love this skirt but I’ve gained weight and I never got around to wearing it before then. This skirt is so cute and unique. It is black with a ruffle hem that has brushed gold metal eyelets. The material is polyester and spandex, and it has a little bit of stretch to it. It is a Size 4, 15” at waist from side to side, 19” at hip from side to side, and the length is 21” from waist to hem. This is an A-line style skirt with the bottom hem width at about 23”. This would look so cute at the office, church, etc. *This has never been worn and is from a smoke-free home.
