Wilfred Twirl skirt *SOLD*

This is a pleated midi skirt with an elastic waist and sunburst pleats. It has a drapey lightweight look and feel. Small pull in skirt and waistband as seen in pictures posted. These imperfections are minor and unnoticeable given how pleats fall, but reflected in pricing. A beautiful, airy dress for spring or summer!
