Art Deco Underwriters Laboratories Portable Lamp… Bakelite?

Art Deco Underwriters Laboratories Portable Lamp. Made of plastic of some kind, given age Im assuming Bakelite but I do not know. Lamp works, tape and tape residue on metal ears that one would use to hang over door, etc. Nice detail on bulb socket. Switch works, is difficult to turn.
