@carlarenfroe They're brand new in the box just as pictured and no they do not run big or small they're a size 8 women's US. You would like a measurement of the footbed? As far as I'm aware a footbed is an insole or insert in a shoe. These don't have those? what measurements are you inquiring about exactly? ☺️
