Excellent-Used Condition Approximate Measurements: Waist: 13.5” (without stretching the elastic) Length: 29.25” No snags, marks or holes that I can see. There is a stitching irregularity in print on the back of skirt. This is VERY minor and not noticeable unless looking for. Just pointing out though.
