Highland Queen Vintage Green Yellow Plaid Wool Mini Wrap Skirt Sz 8 Approximate measurements (laying flat): 13 inches across front of waist 19.5 inches length from waist Preowned. Does have some minor staining on the front of the skirt, as shown in pictures. I have not tried to lift these stains. However, this is such a cool, vintage skirt and is otherwise in good condition!
