Pretty Shirt Dress by Express

Ivory and black shirt dress by Express perfect for summer! The outer layer is lightweight and completely sheer with a silky ivory slip beneath I showed in the pics. Features a scoop neck, buttons all the way down the front, a self-tie, the slip beneath is a v-neck, has spaghetti straps that are not adjustable, and is attached to the outer layer along one side at the top and bottom which you could easily cut and detach if you would like without harming either layer. The entire dress is polyester and machine washable, in the video I showed two small spots on the inside of the slip along the backside, so unnoticeable I almost missed them when I was listing this. Very gently loved, only worn once if that, and no tags still attached. Lying flat it measures approximately 37 inches shoulder to hem, 20 inches armpit to armpit, and 19 inches at the self tie at the waist. All measurements are of the outer layer.
