Vintage Painted Terracotta Ceramic Turtle Planter Candy/Serving Dish/Bowl. I believe this is made in Italy. I found a similar one that was marked Italy. I’m not sure if this is a planter, but I would use it as a succulent planter. It is 9 inches long and has a 4 1/2 inch opening. The black marks you are seeing on. The black dots on the pictures are not chips but appear to be paint which is under the glaze. See pics for condition as they are part of the description.
