This is a button up blouse by Levi Strauss. I believe it is a womens size XL. The size label is not readable. Made in the USA with Polyester fabric. It has long sleeves with button cuffs. The front buttons up in groups of 2 buttons a space and 2 buttons. I don't see any flaws, the blouse looks almost new. This is the type of blouse you could picture a horse lover, a cowgirl, an equestrian wearing. Dark red with stripes. Ruffled high collar. MEASUREMENTS: Bust - From pit to pit when laid flat - about 25" Waist - from seam to seam when laid flat - about 24" Hips - from seam to seam when laid flat - about 24" It might be a size 18 or 2XL but the fabric has No stretch.
