I bought this brand new from Hot Topic about five years ago and wore it maybe once. This dress is perfect for both romanti-goths and Renn Faire enthusiasts!! It's a black velvet dress with cold shoulder cut out detail, sheer chiffon bell sleeves, a fully lined chiffon skirt part, and a lace up pleather sewn-on wide belt. The satin ribbon lacing can be pulled tighter to cinch in the waist a bit. This dress zips up the back. It's a size XL. The chest measures about 19", the total length is about 39", the waist is about 16.5", about 16" from the shoulder to the waist, about 23" from the waist to the bottom, and the sleeves are about 23". The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat, and the laces were fully loosened.
