Exquisite navy embroidery on this pure white rayon and cotton cover up. It could be worn as a tunic or a shirt, but when I bought it it was intended as a beach cover up. The sleeves end in a flare design(slight bell style). Easy to remove over a bathing suit. I always seemed to find it in my closet after summer, so it was never worn. See pics for measurements.
