EUC Premise Bright Blue Blouse

This Premise blouse is in great condition with one flaw! It's a Reposh, so I don't know if it has ever been worn, but it probably was because the inside tag was removed. That is where the flaw is. The seam was torn and needs a stitch to repair it. See photo. Size Medium 3/4 sleeves Very stretchy! Material: Unkown because tag was removed. Pit-to-Pit: 20" but stretches past 24" Shoulder to Hem: 25"
