This is such a great denim skirt by William Rast, a company started by Justin Timberlake. It has a six inch fringe on a skirt that is asymmetrical, with the shortest length at 17” and the longest at 21”. It goes great with the Perfect Shirt in my closet, still available. It would be cute with western boots or in winter with tights and booties. You really can never go wrong with denim. I have one size 27 available- waist measures 30”.
