Beautiful vintage looking whimsical skirt with birdcages, birds and flowers throughout. It’s a fit and flare/full belted skirt that comes to a flawless finish with a scalloped hem. Side zipper / fully hemmed skirt with belt. Skirt has been worn with great love and care. No stains, holes or pilling. Same for the lining which is in the same perfect condition.
