Does this have any stretch and how long is that it?

@kathyreinertson hi! Yes, I would say it has some stretch even with the zipper. It's got an elastic waistline, stretchy jersey-knit fabric underneath the lace, and the straps as both adjustable and stretchy. I just posted a few additional photos for context. From the top of the strap to the bottom of the dress it's about 34 inches, but there's still about 2 inches of strap that could be adjusted to give it length. Let me know if have any of questions!
