What is the condition of the piece?

@cbutzer bought directly from the store in Savannah GA and was worn and washed once, then I moved away from the south and then never wore it again. It’s been folded and in storage so had wrinkles in the mannequin pics. When it was washed the tag info came off but best for a small-medium and is stretchy and adjustable. It has raw hems and it was made that way :)
