Tularosa front tie blouse

Open blouse with ruffle sleeves from Tularosa. I absolutely love this blouse but it’s too small for me! I ordered and XS knowing that it would be ambitious to fit in, but I just loved this blouse so much. Selling it because it doesn’t fit. I never wore it, but I took the tags off so I can’t return it. It’s lightweight, so flattering, and elegant.
