@mabelsthrift Hi! I am happy that you are interested by the pants. Waist measure 14 inches and hips at 20 inches, flat measurements. There is no elastic at waist but there is a sash belt to adjust. As mentioned, they are brand new with the tag. I hope this can help you. Thank you

@annamorin444 Hi, they are high rise pants. Front rise measurement is 11 3/4 inches, back measurement is 15 inches. Let me know if you need any other information.
